ABOUT THE PROJECT

What a pleasure to work on this established north shore home and create a garden design that is sensitive to the existing garden, whilst making it easier to maintain for our clients and more engaging for the younger members of the growing family.

. Working closely with our clients our refreshed garden design starts at the front boundary and continues to draw your attention all the way to the rear. Each area has its own identity, whilst being respectful to the character of the building and embracing the existing landscape and established planting structures. Current paving has been reshaped to allow a combination of privacy and positive vistas, as was the shape and size of the existing lawn. These small but critical changes provide not just a practical solution, but space for additional trees, shrubs and production planting.

All this will create seasonal interest and a reason for both young and mature minds to explore with confidence with an added sense of freedom
