ABOUT THE PROJECT – IN PROGRESS

This relaxed weekender is located within minutes of the local beaches and nestled within bush. The client has been steadily working on the garden and home and asked us our team to create a road map to guide future works.

This concept design allows for cost benefit from a construction perspective as well a staged approach on investment and planning. Stage one will be garage location, retaining walls and drainage. Once this is in place the driveway, deck extension and new water tank can be installed.

In the meantime the client has a clear guide on planting selection and location, so allowing a slow and steady approach to establishing a native garden that will be cost effective using tube stock.

Key destination points located immediately to the house allow family and friends to take in those elevated calming bush views and local kangaroos. Enjoy an afternoon glass of wine or venture further into the landscape and discover the calming serenity of the outdoor open fire gazing up at the magical night sky. Either way, this is a destination that we could only dream of.
