ABOUT THE PROJECT

Like so many family gardens its important to have the open lawn area for ball games and family fun. But rather than being a boring slab of green, make it a feature, that’s the key to this garden.

The lawn is defined by a strong edge, enabling easy maintenance and its shape allows for deeper garden beds, which provides room for a broader range of planting. The hot wall allows for fruiting espalier and the paved zone gives easy access and room for family and friends to get together. This garden offers all year round interest, but not all year maintenance.
