
The Colour Compass Challenge
This mission helps you notice the power of nature, whether you start happy, calm, or a little grumpy. It’s a quick, fun Mood Measurement and Nature Boost for everyone!
The Mission Briefing (The Activity)
1. Check Your Starting Shade: Before you step outside, take a quick moment to check in. What’s your current feeling? Is it a Zippy Yellow, Calm Blue, or maybe a slightly Mellow Mauve? This is your Starting Shade.
2. Enter the Nature Charger: Now, step out for 5–10 minutes! Your mission is to let nature charge your mood. Look closely at the world around you. What colours are catching your eye, and what new feelings do they inspire? Do the Emerald Greens make you feel grounded? Does the Sunlight Yellow make you feel brighter?
3. Map the Shift: On your journal page, start with a bubble of your Starting Shade. As you spend time outside, slowly blend that colour toward the shade that represents your mood now. Watch your colour transformation happen right on the page!

It uses the fun, visual language of colour to make you instantly aware of how quickly nature can amplify or balance your emotions. It turns your outdoor break into a mindful, personalized mood boost!
